Our sales reps, no matter whether they represent a specific manufacture, a big-box distributor or a boutique distributor, are our friends!
I'm not sure many of us realize the value of our reps and this week I interviewed one of my FAVORITE reps and we discussed all of the ways our reps can actually HELP us in growing our businesses.
Reps, ESPECIALLY good ones, know what's going on in our territory, have the latest and greatest tools/products, can help strategize ways to increase $$$ and ultimately help save us TIME...they're not just selling shampoo, guys, they are a great asset to us!
...and we need to be nicer to them!
